Marriage and Family Therapist 112471
She/Her/Ella
Many of the clients I have worked with have been impacted by some of the following:
-
Violence and abuse
-
Sexual trauma
-
Depression
-
Addiction
-
Grief and loss
-
Anxiety
-
Life transitions
-
Self-exploration
-
Relationship struggles
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapeutic services to adults impacted by trauma.
In my work I understand trauma as how we are impacted by the painful experiences in our lives and the ways in which those experiences shape the way we form relationships with others, with ourselves, and the degree to which we are able to find joy.
I believe that healing is possible and that people are much more than what they have survived. I believe that everyone deserves to experience connection and delight in their life. I believe that each person I work with has different needs and deserves unique attention and understanding.
I am a white, cisgendered woman and my pronouns are she/her/ella. I strive to continually deepen my awareness of the way my race and gender influence my perspective and I am committed to being open to conversations about how these aspects of myself impact my work in the therapy.
If you are curious as to what the healing journey looks like for you and you would like to explore that here, let's begin with a conversation.
